All controls on the KFX50 are sized specifically for small riders and with safety in mind. There's a built-in throttle limiter so parents can control their child's riding speed. Heat shields protect youngsters from heat-generating components.

A safety lockout feature disengages the recoil starter to prevent the engine starting unless the parking brake is applied. And there's also a second engine kill-switch located at the rear of the ATV which allows parents to walk behind and stop the engine (by pulling the lanyard) should they feel it is required.

Ride comfort in a wide variety of terrain is excellent and is provided by independent A-arm front and single-shock swing-arm rear suspension. A low seat height of just 535 mm, light weight of just 38kg and fully automatic transmission make the KFX50 extremely easy to ride.

A welcome addition to the Kawasaki range, the KFX50 (in conjunction with the KFX80) are set to introduce many children to the joys of ATV riding - and ignite a passion that they will take into adulthood.
